Firecracker Chicken

Ingredients

  • ½ c Frank’s buffalo sauce
  • ½ c brown sugar
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/8 t red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 Cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 # boneless chicken breasts (skin removed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions

    1. Heat top 67 ingredients in a small sauce pan until reduced by half.
    2. Heat oil on medium heat in an oven-safe skillet.
    3. Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to the pan.
    4. Heat for 3-5 minutes per side.
    5. Baste with some of sauce.
    6. Transfer to a preheated 400F oven.
    7. Basting chicken every 5 minutes, bake until cooked (10-15 minutes).
