Firecracker Chicken
Ingredients
½ c Frank’s buffalo sauce
½ c brown sugar
1 T soy sauce
1 T apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 t red pepper flakes
1/4 Cup Apple cider vinegar
1 T olive oil
1 # boneless chicken breasts (skin removed)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Heat top 67 ingredients in a small sauce pan until reduced by half.

Heat oil on medium heat in an oven-safe skillet.

Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to the pan.

Heat for 3-5 minutes per side.

Baste with some of sauce.

Transfer to a preheated 400F oven.

Basting chicken every 5 minutes, bake until cooked (10-15 minutes).
